Dayna & Brandon were a very special couple this 2014 Wedding Season. Sweet, caring individuals with a love for life! Their love for each other was very evident at our first meeting, and I could even see it growing throughout the wedding process. They always seemed to be on the same page, and never let the stress of planning a wedding affect them.
Growing up, Dayna visited Benzie County often, more specifically Crystal Lake. When she met Brandon, they enjoyed traveling to the area together. Being a Master Brewer, Brandon was on top of planning the bar services and Dayna’s teaching background shined through with her attention to detail.
The ceremony was held at Elberta Beach, where their engagement had taken place a year prior. The celebration of their marriage was held in our beautiful wedding tent, overlooking Crystal Lake. The beautiful rustic beach theme was complimented with a gorgeous variety of flowers, local honey for the favors and pink and teal as the accent colors. His and Hers drinks where offered at the bar, at the request of the couple. “Elberta Beach Shandy” which was Miller Light with lemonade and “Crystal Lake Sunset” a mixture of rum, with cranberry and orange juice.
It was truly a magical night that will live on in the memories of the couple, all their guests, and our staff at Crystal Lake Golf Club.
